THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE WAS INFORMED OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED, AND A DARK SUBSTANCE THAT APPEARS TO BE MOLD WAS OBSERVED ON THE SHELVES LOCATED WITHIN THE WALK-IN COOLER.
A CORRECTION DATE HAS BEEN SCHEDULED, AND A FOLLOW-UP WILL OCCUR TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE. |
